With 5 of our 6 residences now pre-sold, we’ve started on site with the initial removal of all of the internal linings of the building.  It’s dirty work, but it needs to get done.

Benchtops have gone in at Sir Garnet and they look stunning in black.  Looking forward to finishing the project.

With demolition permits shortly to issue, we’re looking forward to removing much of the internal structure in readiness for the total refit for the 6 new residences. Official media launch will commence next week and we hope to have a few extra presales away quite quickly. If the interest generated from our feature editorial in the Age Domain a couple of weeks ago is any gauge, presales will be brisk.

After a long year, our town planning is complete and we’re 90% through completion of our construction documentation.
In addition we have also completed all of our marketing collateral, which will support the launch of “St.Joseph 6” in January 2016.
We’re excited to be involved in such a unique development and we look forward in anticipation to 2016.

With Law Court finished, Wolseley Close almost done and Sir Garnet approaching final fit out, our attention will shortly turn to an exciting new project in Abbotsford involving the conversion of a Heritage Listed, former convent into (6) fantastic homes.  We’ll be launching the project soon, so stay tuned.
