The start of 2019 has been a busy period in the office, with documentation almost completed on (2) new projects, which we hope to get a start on soon.  Red tape seems to be the “new black”, with what seems to be an ever increasing amount of administration required just to get projects started.  With new building legislation due later in the year, the paper chase will only get worse.  If only we could just build……
